A Very Tall Raised Bed

This is an example of custom cedar raised beds built to meet accessibility needs.

One of our clients isn’t able to bend over regularly for gardening, so we brought the gardening to their level. By building it taller and adding a lip edge to lay down tools and harvested veggies this bed is much more accessible for their needs.

We build our raised garden beds with eastern red cedar, which is grown and milled here in Tennessee. The natural oils of the cedar make it rot resistant, and will sustain the elements for decades to come!
